Learning outcomes

The course aims to analyze the principles of corporate finance by extending the logic of financial planning, the criteria underlying the capital budgeting decisions, the relevant variables in the choices of capital structure and financing instruments in the short and medium-long-term which can be used by industrial firms to coverage their financial needs.
